Brett Hargrave
CEO/ Project Manager
The CEO and founder, Brett Hargrave, was fist
introduced to construction as a teenager
when he started working for his dad's roofing
company in Texas. From then he joined the
Air Force and married his wife. They had
three rowdy boys. He then went back
into the construction field and began building
Residential Care Facilities.
Since then he has done
$150 million dollars in construction
management in a variety of types of
construction. He prides himself in his
ability to hustle a job through completion
and has goals of building high-rise
condominiums.
Jerrod Youmans
Superintendent
Jerrod has experience in multifamily housing and has
built apartment complexes all over the western US.
He's excellent at detail and
gets the job done right the first time.
